Fettisdagen the Fat Tuesday!
The special Fat Tuesday was celebrated earlier in IKEA, where I could still find traces of Sweden. Yes, they have Semla available here!!

Really impressed by IKEA effort to bring in this traditional food from Scandinavia. With a whip of fatty cream, it really lives up its name. Imagine the almond scent that seep into your nose and makes u crave for more! That must be the reason why this dessert killed a Swedish King!
